Stravinski Development Group (SDG) &
Industrial and Commercial Contractors (ICC)
Industrial and Commercial Contractors began as a General Contractor in 1978. Since that time ICC has constructed manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution facilities, industrial facilities, shopping centers, medical complexes, office complexes, schools, and heavy concrete foundations to name just a few.
During the past three decades, ICC has evolved from general contracting through design-build contstruction to its present status as a National Developer. Stravinski Development Group, the development arm, and ICC, the construction arm, today work hand in hand in designing, constructing and delivering investment grade buildings that deliver great values for their owners, whether that be SDG or others.
SDG/ICC succeeds by creating value through product knowledge and team building. For instance, one of the qualifying questions to the Presidents of our subcontractors and their workers is:
“Are you a Craftsman or a Butcher?”
This question is asked at all levels of management. This illuminating question engages these companies and their workers and challenges them to show us and our clients the highest skills these companies and workers possess.
Our companies service Fortune 500 companies as well as regional and local customers. Some of our clients include:
GlaxoSmithKline
Pacific Coast Producers
Illinois Tool Works
Constellation Brands
The Hess Collection Winery
Western Wine Services
The Wine Group
Valley Wine Warehouse
Henry Wine Group
Barry-Callebaut Chocolate
Biagi Brothers
Freeport Logistics
Georgia Pacific
D&H Distributing
SDG/ICC projects are typically designed and built to meet the specific requirements of the tenant who will occupy all or a majority of the project. SDG’s resources, strong financial capabilities and “out of the box” creativity allow for flexibility in creating project and development programs that meet individual owner/tenant needs.
SDG and ICC are hands on developers and contractors throughout the entire process.
At the end of the day, we are Builders; not Bankers nor Brokers.
